MLAdvisory joins the Primexis group, a key player in financial consulting and specialized accounting.
This merger allows Primexis to increase its ability to support banking institutions across all their regulatory and prudential transformation programs, from defining requirements to operational roll-out, ensuring complete continuity between consulting and delivery.
Primexis Group now has nearly 450 employees, including around 100 consultants dedicated to the banking and insurance sectors.
MLAdvisory joins Primexis Group as a subsidiary and keeps its identity and operational governance. Éric Auclair, Managing Director at MLAdvisory, continues to manage the structure and works in collaboration with Jean-Christophe Lemière, Managing Director at Primexis, in order to create synergy between the two entities.
Through his strategic vision and leadership, Charles Morel, founder of MLAdvisory in 2013, has built a leading firm specializing in supporting the finance and risk functions of banking institutions in France. As part of this merger with Primexis, he is leaving his functions to focus on new projects.
